A calender has been set up in the top-left corner of the forum displaying the IC date - do please check with an Admin if you feel this is incorrect, as we occasionally have technical difficulties.
Assume all threads are invite-only/private UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED, or you have permission from the thread participants to take part. Waltzing into people's threads is considered bad manners and will be punished.

Respect the timeframe - keep your roleplays at the current date. You may use an earlier time period for minor character building threads and similar posts, but threads with a database-affecting outcome (such as combat, Force Training etc.) may not go back in time. Threads which go back in time and give players an unfair advantage in a current/upcoming scenario are also not allowed. You may not travel forward in time. Even Star Wars hasn't mastered time travel. If you are unsure about any of this, contact an Administrator - you will be punished for breaking this rule, but you will not be punished for inquiring about it.

If you are visiting a planet/system in a non-moderated scenario that is not either neutral or belongs to your faction, you must seek the permission of the owning faction's leader prior to starting your thread. This is to prevent bizarre incidences such as high-ranking Imperial officials wandering freely on the surface of a world controlled by the Rebel Alliance without the RA having a chance to stop said event.

When a thread is completed, a summary of important events that are timeline worthy is to be added at the end as well as a request to close said thread.

Please write clearly and in proper English, either American or British dialects. is an excellent resource. No '1337', 'txt' speak etc. is allowed. Firefox 2 also contains an automatic spell checker.

Why do we ask this? Well, to try to limit people from being in 20 places on the same day and to encourage a good standard of roleplaying. It also gives people the chance to roleplay a certain event without unwelcome intervention (which can be irritating).

Failure to follow these simple rules may result in thread deletion or removal. If you are unsure of something or have any questions, please contact myself or any of the other Administrators or Technical Staff. Do not just assume something is correct if there are no rules uploaded yet! Also, do not try to bend/get round the rules.
