Glorious simmers,

It has come to the attention of the sim administration that there are some possible problems erupting with regard to when and where threads are taking place. Thus, to avoid this, we request that when you begin a thread you make a notation of its location and when it is happening. This is not anything elaborate, nor should it prove time consuming in the slightest. All you have to do is something like the following example:

Location: Forward Observation Chamber, Star Destroyer Giant Monstrosity
1 Month after The Battle of Yavin

Timing should be in relation to the battle of Yavin, be it before or after. If you wish you may also make a notation of the relationship time wise of your thread to another before it.

As always questions on this may be directed to any of the sim admins. Thanks!

Location: Arberth, Cambria, the Collective
Gender: Male
Species: Gungan
Faction: Cambrian Collective
An abbreviated version of this would be:

[Planet Name, or Ship Name, if you're on a ship], [Star System Name]
[Number] ABY

The date could be in months, weeks, days, what have you. But if nothing is marked other than a number and ABY, it is assumed to be years.

Example: Star Destroyer Giant Monstrosity, Kuat System
1 Month ABY

If you REALLY want to go all out, you can use a more detailed header. But the bare minimum would be the place, the star system and the date.
